My favourite film/TV adaptations of Alice in Wonderland/Through the Looking Glass- Click on the pics to enlarge.

1. 1999- TV Movie- http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt0164993/  What I love about this is one is how good the casting is- Miranda Richardson as the Red Queen and Whoopi Goldberg as the Cheshire Cat, as well as lots more.

2. 2009- Syfy channel TV mini series- http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt1461312/ - This is a modern retelling, with some great surprises. In particular Andrew Lee Potts as hatter and Kathy Bates as the Red Queen.

3. 1951- Disney Movie-http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt0043274/  - Its a classic.

4. 2010- Burton/Disney Movie- http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt1014759/- Johnny Depp’s mad hatter was brilliant, I loved how he slipped into a Glaswegian accent every now and then, I also really loved Anne Hathaway’s White Queen.
